No structure, no system, no leader

When there is no structure, no system, everything else will eventually fall apart.

When everyone is a leader, then there is no leader. And when there is no leader, there’s no movement forward. Regardless of how responsible you are, say, as an employee, if you do not have a leader helping you, you will never get to the next step. Because you have no power to make changes.

So when there’s no leader, there’s no work done. And being a proactive member of a complacent team is really frustrating. So the next best thing you do is leave and find a better team. One that does not waste your potential. One that will help you grow and become better.
